Chicago Gone

TRT 0.29

Illegal immigration, Chicago style

Most “news” about illegal aliens focuses on Southern California or New York City, the twin headquarters of the left-wing propaganda networks. Here in Chicago, the fallout from illegals is at least as bad — maybe worse. We just don’t get any national press. Anything that makes Democrats look bad is almost always labeled “local Chicago news,” with zero national coverage.

Hate Energy

There Will Be More Violence -- Socialism Calls for It

Despite all the excuses and finger pointing, liberals/socialists don’t think that they lost the last election -- they think that the people just voted wrong. As Lenin said: “People always have been and they always will be stupid victims of deceit and self-deception in politics.” To influence these people, Lenin said: “We can and must write in a language which sows among the masses hate, revulsion, and scorn toward those who disagree with us.” We have seen this tactic repeated in the negative stories about Trump and his supporters over the past decade. This is where totalitarianism starts. It ends with gulags and death.

... Listed below are a dozen propaganda themes that are still used today. These representative samples could have been taken out of almost any modern “news” story.
The biggest threat to world peace (civilization and humanity) comes from the U.S. war machine.
U.S. militarist policy means to conduct international affairs from a position of strength.
Washington’s (or the President’s) worldview is simplistic and dangerous.
The U.S. is pursuing a policy of aggression and confrontation.
The U.S. military doctrine is based on the dangerous concept of a pre-emptive strike.
The cult of crude force has become central to U.S. policy
Nuclear arms have given the U.S. an arrogant attitude.
U.S. neo-globalism shows a total contempt for the recognized principles of international relations.
U.S. actions have calamitous consequences for all nations.
U.S. actions will not enhance U.S. security or make the U.S. stronger.
The U.S. must get the consent of NATO and Western Europe before acting.

NPR - Corporate funding, communist propaganda - EWS

... In his 1899 book, The Psychology of Socialism, Gustave Le Bon said “A man is not a Socialist without hating some person or thing.” Socialism is built on envy, hate, and violence. And gee, do the Liberals love to hate Trump. They will use every old propaganda trick in the book as well as new social media tricks, lies, and violence to influence and intimidate voters

When viewing modern ‘news’ please consider the fact that Soviet-style propaganda operations use consistent messages put out over long periods of time to incrementally change people’s perceptions. The messages emerge from several outlets so they can corroborate each other. Supporting themes are often put out in sequence to lead the audience to the desired conclusions. People believe the lies, thinking that they figured things out themselves using the “evidence” they were given. The engineered “facts” cement the half-truths and falsehoods delivered over months or years and stir up Lenin’s desired hatred and violence.

Economics?*

Two men sit at a table.  Both agree the chunk of gold in between them is worth 20 USD.  One decides, and The Other accepts 21 USD and agrees to allow One to take possession.  The gold is now worth 21 USD, a 5 percent increase of value caused by private contractual basis.

A Third man, known to both One and The Other, comes into the room and declares that the piece of gold is now worth 46 USD, a 140% increase of value just because he says so. To increase the value on a private contractual basis at the Lutheran 5% rate to recoup his original investment One has to sell that gold at 48.33 USD. If bought, One breaks even, and sets a new agreed upon precedent of value for the piece of gold.  The Third man takes a clip on all resulting sales, ballooning the value of over-priced/over-valued gold. He also represents the protection racket that runs this financial hocus-pocus.

The original intrinsic value of 20 USD was based on the expenditure of capital and labor for a gold mining enterprise to exist.  Management and maintenance salaries only exist because the pick axe and smelter did their job.  If they didn't do their job, scarcity of gold would increase the value, but value based on labor (or lack thereof). The Third man gets his clip paid in humanity and starts a war to clean the table.

The Value of Something seems to be coming like a freight train without signals.  It's 'relative', as in love, truth, beauty, honesty, accountability, decency, you name it.  Value will soon congeal, and a can of Hormel Spam will sell to the highest bidder at an exorbitant price, challenging modern art in it's value.  I can't just imagine what that 1927 Babe Ruth baseball card will be worth. My retirement fund is a digital Bitcoin.  I bought a bag a tulip bulbs yesterday.  It only cost me 10K USD.  I got a deal.

Unable to buy anything, possibly people will re-evaluate what, who and how they value.

Universal Income? It’s Already Here

...Bernie wants even higher taxes at the top to fund even more benefits for everyone else. But how much higher? Should the top 10 percent increase their revenue contribution from 72 to 100 percent? If yes, the remaining 90 percent of the country will pay no income tax and they will all make roughly the same amount. This appears to be where Bernie is going, a true socialist paradise where the wealthy pay to flatten the rest of society -- all through the graces of a benevolent state.

Such a society would compress income, destroy mobility, and entomb a rigid class structure within the tax code. Such a government would strong-arm the wealthy and control the rest through state-sponsored enticements. Such a country is unhealthy, unstable, unviable, unbalanced, unjust and un-American.

Meat w/ the Heat RIP

Nah, nah, nah, nah, Hey, Hey Hey Goodbye Homo Pope Frank... driving in from the bullpen in the new Impala model from Fanning Chevrolet is Pope Bob.

A White Sox fan in the Vatican

Anyone from Chicago can tell you, the Cubs always get the celebrities -- from Ronald Reagan to Bill Murray. At one point, Al Capone even tried to buy the team.

While it’s true that Richard Nixon grew up in California rooting for the White Sox, when the Dodgers moved in, he had to switch allegiances. Even worse, another President, the Lyin’ Hawaiian, liked to wear the current Sox hip-hop black cap, but it turns out, he may never have been to a game at what he calls “Cominskey Park” and in 2010 didn’t know the name of a single player.

Now comes the amazing news from the brother that the new Pope is a genuine White Sox fan, as are all the kindly old school priests and sisters south of I-55, on into Indiana and Michigan. That’s a huge point in his favor and it appears he frequently voted in the Republican primaries in Illinois (that state does not have specific party registrations).

Growing up in the south suburbs of Chicago in the 1960s, in a very Catholic household, he would have had a ringside seat to the great battles in the American Church. Back of the Yards was where the leftist Saul Alinksy co-opted a big chunk of the Catholic community outreach, thanks to the liberal Bishop Bernard Sheil. But this area, and to the west, is also where the conservative Augustinian priest Francis X. Lawlor had his blue-collar political base.

*********************

**********************

The Augustinians are still active around Chicago, and new Pope Leo has grown up with that order since attending their high school seminary and then their flagship university, Villanova.

Generally, Augustinians are very humble priests, often called the Friar Hermits, who quietly run schools and missions. Pope Leo XIV spent over 20 years in Peru, which is the mission target for Midwest Augustinians.

Apparently, Pope Leo XIV has no hostility to the Latin Mass, while Pope Francis hated it. His public comments also indicate he has no interest in pushing the homosexual agenda or ordaining women. These are all things conservative Catholics care about and which the Pope controls.

On things he doesn’t control -- immigration, global warming, American politics, etc. -- I expect a lot of rhetoric to warm the cockles of the international media. That’s a compromise most Catholics can readily accept.

The choice of the papal name is also intriguing. Pope Leo XIII, the last Leo, was one of the greatest Popes of all time. Liberals would like to claim this Pope for his support of workers and the right to organize. But Leo XIII despised socialism and was the force behind the Church’s modern support of free markets and Thomist natural law theory as well as the center/right Christian Democratic political movements in the 20th Century.

I'd prefer Walt 'No Neck' Williams as Pope - EWS

New Pope Leo, it should be noted, was a math major in college. He’ll need to dust off his calculator. The Vatican finances were always crooked and are now an absolute ruin. Pope Francis brought in conservative George Cardinal Pell to try to clean it up years ago. Instead, Pell’s enemies in the Vatican and Australia hit him with a frame-up that sent him to prison for a while before he was vindicated.

Pell wrote a brutal report, the Demos, detailing the myriad problems with Francis’ Vatican before he passed away in 2023.

Pope Leo will have a huge job ahead, digging out from under the mess that Francis is leaving him. I suspect in the end that Pope Leo XIV will have little time to generate new controversies. Just keeping the lights on will consume all his time.

Rome may be in even worse shape than what has become of the once solid ball club on the South Side. And for the same reasons -- bad managers, no farm system, no stars, lack of money, and an utterly clueless top leadership. The new Pope certainly has the modest personality and proven intelligence to do a better job than his predecessor. Like a lot of people, I will pray he does.

Pope Bartman the First has a nice ring to it.

The black woman who regrets her move to Africa is as much to be pitied as ridiculed
May 1, 2025

It’s easy to laugh at the black American woman who allegedly moved to Ghana to escape racism, only to be confronted with giant spiders, grinding poverty, and the expectation that you pay your energy bills. However, the reality is that, if the video is legit, she made this disastrous move because leftist race hustlers sold her on the lie that America is a racist hellhole and Africa a black utopia. The hustlers haven’t moved, though, preferring vast wealth in America, while she really is living in hell...

... A woman who says she moved from America to Ghana is now begging to come back to the US of A, after it turns out setting up shop in a third-world African nation rife with corruption and poverty wasn’t all it was cracked up to be.

“I would rather go back to America and deal with racism in America before I sit here in Africa and deal with the bulls*** bribery, the bulls** fraud, the bulls** scams, the bulls** too expensive, the bulls** not having no snacks, the bulls** not having no food, the bulls** electricity, the bulls** hot water, the bulls**…what’s that shit called? Coming down? The bulls** animals outside the house, it's big ass spiders, it's big-ass lizards, all colors you ain’t never seen before, all in the f***ing room with you, sleeping in the room with you,” the woman popped off in a video posted to social media.

Juicy Settlement

Just when you thought it was over, it rises from the dead. No, not CAPS:

Chicago, our long citywide nightmare may soon be over.

According to a federal court docket entry, the city has reached settlement terms with Jussie Smollett, the actor who staged a hate crime in Streeterville more than six years ago.

Shortly after prosecutors charged Smollett with filing a false report, the city sued him to recover the cost of the CPD’s investigation into the hoax.

The city brought the lawsuit under its False Statements Ordinance, which prohibits anyone from making a “false statement of material fact to the city in connection with any application, report, affidavit, oath, or attestation,” and the Cost Recovery Ordinance, which makes individuals responsible for expenses incurred by the city based on a false claim.

Smollett’s lawyers have argued, among other things, that the city failed to prove that Smollett’s statements caused the city to incur overtime costs.

Even if you skip the OT costs, how about regular salaries of ten or twelve detectives who weren't making progress on other real crimes with real victims?

But don't worry, since Mrs Sparklefart's personal fixer attorney was involved, you can bet this is going to be minimal fuss and minimal fines and zero accountability aside from....what did he get, a couple days in County? It pays to be connected.

STREET THEATER

It's a dark energy.

Fascinating to see unfold.

Not like a flower

But more like a mold

The more they scratched.

The more they itched.

The more they fidgeted

The more they twitched.

Symbols sold them out.

Their usefulness will end

Unmitigated mayhem

Is right around the bend.

All Hail Joe Biden!

Correct Response: All Hail Joe Biden!

*****************

The United States of scams, steals, and schmucks

I studied Nihilism in college; it was just another name for an alien world. Like utopia, dystopia, socialism, communism - names for political systems in theory or in places far away.

That was then.

Now we live in a nihilistic universe.

Religion is under attack and disdained. Religious services are out for most; riots, looting, and protests are in. The late Justice Ruth Ginsburg’s body was laid in state, her funeral a high profile gathering. But those of Orthodox Jews, who deem funerals a sacred group obligation, are forced to be held in secret, and castigated.

Morality is sneered at and trampled. Human traits such as shame and remorse are out. “Good” and “bad” are irrelevant; situational relativity is in. While the Torah exhorts that judges must not favor rich or poor, big city district attorneys and judges increasingly favor the connected rich and the victim poor.

The curtain has been pulled back -- all the institutions are built on pillars of sand. They have crumbled.

It appears that we are governed by people who not only hate half of us but hate the United States more. Our monolithic left wing-run government schools are turning out good little comrades who then go onto universities where freedom of speech is dead, history -- if it is taught at all -- is revisionist, and where it seems, ‘50 ways to hate America’ is a popular major.

Having practiced before great Judges in Philadelphia, Montgomery and Bucks County, Pennsylvania, it is incomprehensible to me to witness the cowardice of the justices elsewhere. Wouldn’t we all have been better off if cases had been heard, litigated, and lost rather than rejected on procedural mumbo jumbo?

Senator Ted Cruz in his book, One Vote Away, discusses key Supreme Court decisions that were passed by one vote. With prescient accuracy, Cruz also describes the composition of the Court prior to Justice Ruth Ginsburg’s death. He details Chief Justice Roberts’s sleight of hand in his abominable Obamacare decision: arguing the mandate was a tax when all along Obama swore it wasn’t. Robert’s didn’t just betray us he betrayed his oath as an attorney swearing to uphold the law and Constitution of the United States. Cruz describes Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh not in the mold of the late Justice Scalia, but closer to the middle alongside Robert. Woe unto us.

We were schmucks[i] for: idolizing the Supreme Court, lionizing the mainstream media and Hollywood, allowing election rules to be subverted, funding Jewish institutions that support a political party that provides a microphone and money to virulent anti-Semites AOC and her squad plus the despicable Georgian Democrat Senate candidates, and sending our kids to colleges and universities that rewrite history and teach that America is not just imperfect but evil.

The proof of election fraud is overwhelming; the proof our institutions have failed us is crushing. We have a country divided by one half condoning violence as a means to an end and the other half that put their faith in institutions that have failed.

The pictures of Joe Biden, the presumptive president-elect, campaigning for the senatorial candidates in Georgia last week in front of a half empty parking lot, should be all the proof one needs that he did not win the election.

America will prevail somehow. She has to. But Joe Biden is not my president.

[i] Decades ago, schmuck was a vulgar word. However, it has morphed into the vernacular with a pejorative meaning of stupid or foolish.

Can't Be Twooo!

Systemic discrimination? In the U.S.? Well, yes…

There is systemic discrimination, racism and bigotry in this country today.

It is directed against small business owners, conservatives, straight, white “cis-males,” Christians, the middle class, firearm owners, traditionalists, those inhabiting flyover country, and Trump supporters. (Reverse intersectionality ensures that those who are members of more than one of these groups face increasing vitriol.) In fact, the only ones not targeted by structural, systemic discrimination and hate speech are leftist elites, certain of their favored identity groups, Antifa, and members of the Black Lives Matter movement (BLM).

Don’t believe it? Think of Affirmative Action, race-based admissions policies, IRS harassment of conservative groups and individuals, Hollywood’s near ubiquitous portrayal of white businessmen and Christians as deeply flawed or downright evil, and late-night “comedians” ceaseless (and humorless) attacks on all things Trumpian/Republican. For starters. Study after study shows that the mainstream media have presented President Trump and stories surrounding his administration in a negative light roughly 90 to 95 percent of the time… while fawning over Joe Biden and former President Barack Obama. Almost every newspaper and magazine features page after page of smears, innuendo and outright lies about Trump and his every action, while proffering glowing coverage on his political opponents.

December 13, 2020/by White Man Faculty

I am a faculty member at an American academic institution; for the sake of argument, the school is a fairly prominent blue state university, with predominantly undergraduate students but also, as befits a university, post-graduate education as well. The institution, like virtually all others in the USA, has a far-left radical administration, leftist faculty, and social justice-obsessed students; since late spring 2020, all of these unfortunate specimens have become hysterical beyond all imagining. In Part I of my essay, presented here, I comment on aspects of some of the initial anti-White “training, workshop, seminar” activity that has been foisted on us as a result of the latest moral posturing outrage with Black Lives Matter, George Floyd, etc. More to the point, and more broadly, I will comment on the overall racial atmosphere here and how different sections of our academic community contribute to it.

An Oregon teacher’s viral, obscene rant against lockdown protesters

I’ve written before, haven’t I, about the fact that we’ve raised an obscene, self-loathing, non-rational generation of young white women? If I hadn’t written about this before, a single viral video showing a young woman in Bend, Oregon screaming obscenities and threats at a small gathering of anti-lockdown protesters would, on its own, make my case.

... The glory days of white women shrieking obscenities at police during Black Lives Matter protests may be gone, but for some of them, the thrill of unbridled, hysterical, emotion-driven anger will forever be irresistible.

(And while we’re on the topic, if you don’t mind incredible crude humor – and please take me seriously about how crude the humor is -- I recommend Ryan Long’s comedy team in the short video entitled White Women Say Go Back To Hating White Men or in When Your Mom Is A Feminist.)

To The Gulag We Will Go

And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?… The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If…if…We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation…. We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”

― Alexander Solzhenitsyn , The Gulag Archipelago

Over half a century ago, while I was still a child, I recall hearing a number of old people offer the following explanation for the great disasters that had befallen Russia. “Men have forgotten God, that’s why all this has happened.” Since then I have spent well-nigh so years working on the history of our revolution; in the process I have read hundreds of books, collected hundreds of personal testimonies, and have already contributed eight volumes of my own toward the effort of clearing away the rubble left by that upheaval. But if I were as possible the main course of the ruinous revolution that swallowed up some 60 million of our people, I could not put it more accurately than to repeat: “Men have forgotten God; that’s why all this has happened.”

Personal Standards*

In 2008, I had a major emotional breakdown.  I never backed off of my "weakness". I never  knew I would be in my predicament, but I knew I wasn't alone.  The more I started to sort my mind out and talk about it, the more people were helpful and shared their own situations.  I was lost for 4 or 5 months before I started to turn the battleship around.

The life I was leading was one of excess.  The arrogance in my every step was obnoxious.  My relationships were toxic.  And my workplace was filled with jerks, at least that is how I saw it.  Not me, they were the problem.  When you run your morals into the ground, drink alcohol everyday and hang out with forever aggrieved lefty knuckleheads, your vulnerability is right under your skin. Every comment hurts, every correction is taken personally and you are an easy target for the psychopaths.  This job had a few.  I left with my hair on fire.

No one is going to re-hire a 54 year old man with a questionable recommendation. I puttered around for two more years in Chicago. I was in a relationship, again very toxic, and my ship was sinking.  My confidence was shattered.  No one really seemed to care.  I started to get a lot of, "Get over it."

Once I came to the conclusion that I caused the turmoil in my life, not all those I was lashing out at, the advise started to take a new tone.  Yoga, meditation and a sense of awareness brought a light at the end of the tunnel and I regenerated a new personal attitude.  A great deal of this mindset was honesty.  I was going to be a better person. Stand erect and face the world as it came at me, not bend the world to my will.  That sure wasn't working.

I received an offer from Sacramento that there might be "some work" there.  I had to get out of toxic Chicago and I took it.  A chance for new beginning.  Some amazing synchronicity happened, mostly for the good.  I was invited to live with a long time woman friend and not to soon afterward we became intimate, not to last I'm sorry to say.  I went through the licensing test process (a lesson of State coercion) and outfitted my truck to do small jobs.  So many people had so much start up advise and wanted me to pay them to make a web page.  I bought 500 business cards and handed them out instead. Word-of-mouth is the only effective marketing strategy that works.  I did good work for cheap.  I was honest and people sensed that in me.

Sacramento is the home of Healthy Workplace Advocates.  I never knew of an organization like this that understood on a grand scale what I went through.  I started to attend their monthly meetings, hearing the tales of abuse from Bosses, co-workers and institutional thinking.  The stories in these meetings were excruciating to hear and it wasn't my story particularity.  Just good people getting fucked around.  This abusive behavior was an obvious epidemic.  It was not a sharing therapy session but they all turned out to have hand holding and acceptance.  Nobody believed my story, I know. The two wonderful women who ran these meetings, victims themselves, thought passing a law was going to fix things.  Do-gooder liberals believing in government are not my folks, but these gals had good hearts.  I was offering solutions based on living an honest life as possible, forgiveness, and better mental health.  I was humored. The complaining and constant victimization, "poor me", wore out my welcome after a while.  Soon I was being bullied at the anti-bullying meeting because I wasn't politically correct and pointing out that working people should be more responsible for their own behavior and stop blaming "Them".  Also, if they try all the avenues of solution and not get anywhere, start to Fuck Shit Up. They were aghast at such a prospect being loyal slaves for the wages system to the end. In my view, that is what an abuser understands and if you weren't listened to the first time, give them another black eye. Pleading to politicians to take on the Chamber of Commerce isn't effective and time has proven me correct.

I also cleaved to a mindful yoga teacher and studio continuing to solidify my confidence. A great healing teacher, he taught me to listen to my body seriously and to act, speak or do things correctly the first time so I don't always re-act later, among other things. I still say to myself several times a day, "Move slow with intention." He was great influence on me for the better, but as in life, a human being with faults nonetheless.  Even with a few bumps in our relationship I owe him a great deal and to this day would help him anyway I could.  I also made many friendships at the studio with interesting people during this time. But yoga doesn't cure all, there were some mighty jerks as well.

The love affair withered from chronic female dissatisfaction. She was bossy, not good.  Totally externalized living on Facebook, nothing inside to share and it all came crashing down because I was holding my own standards. It seemed as if I was there to work for her. She was always in her middle manager role, and the stress she brought home from work showed. Like always, she denied it.

I lived in my own place for a year, not the happiest time in my life.  But I was striving to stay healthy, especially mentally because I wasn't out of the woods and free from my frustrations and anger, not even today can I say such a thing.  I just knew staying honest with myself and others was the key to improvement. I liked California generally if I stayed away from those things that did not fit me, but that  concept out grew me. In Cali, many people think mice can talk. They don't have their feet on the ground.  Common sense is sorely lacking in the State of Insanity, as I have come to call it.

I met a wonderful gal. We dated.  I drove an hour each way to spend time together.  We got along great.  She didn't play those games out of the Girlfriend Handbook. Talented, intelligent, accepting I wouldn't put up with bullshit from anybody.  We went to Vegas and got married by Elvis, how much in love can you be?  I was a bit squeamish about moving into another women's home, but I went ahead and moved in anyway.  As I remember we agreed to find a new home together, but I soon realized that turned out to be on her timeline, not mine. We lived together very simpatico, very loving and kind.  Like they say, she wasn't like the others.

So, I sit her today in Wisconsin and she in California.  I don't believe the endless distortions  spewed from media, mainstream or social. I refuse to live in such a condition . She, with her moral relativity and personal truth, wears her mask regardless of effectiveness and 'plays along'.  Facts don't matter, which tells me she is in the Cult of California, where staying in the herd and never speaking up against stupidity is her comfort. Fitting in, head down, like 38 million others.  Not being honest with herself, but putting up with the bullshit.  As if to keep your job, even though she doesn't have one.  Willing to be lied to and get bossed around by psychopathic nincompoops.

The toxic workplace has become the toxic society.

Surprise. Surprise.
