An 'Ole Country MD


An 'Ole Country Doctor once recommended this recipe and I'll stand by it.

HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

1) Consciously throughout the day, drink a gallon of the cleanest water you can find. At least two weeks, more until metabolism settles.

2) Vitamin D - take a lot more than recommended. I saw tablets in the health food store of 50K Units. Can't seem to kill you. All vitamins and supplements up a notch.

3) Milk thistle/Dandelion - either tea or tablets. They make you pee. Be ready to pee a lot. Prepare accordingly. Cleaning the filters is the goal.

4) Minerals - Alcohol depletes your body's minerals. Your body may need a mineral - Magnesium, potassium, selenium, zinc, calcium - uptick heavy for a month. Listen to your body. Potassium/bananas especially important. Basically, you are repairing the electrical nervous system.

5) Decrease sugar intake drastically. Get your glands working correctly - Salt is the only rock we eat. It clogs up the filters. Bread has a ton of salt in it. - Extremely dark chocolate is good for you. - Strive to eat healthier. Take a long walk everyday.

6) Most essential to get your thoughts together coherent enough to be civil and speak decently. Remove swearing from your mental vocabulary. It only breeds more discomfort. Learn to live with yourself. Some decisions aren't the best. Smell a rose now and then, or whatever her name is.

7) Eat mushrooms.
