HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

1) Consciously throughout the day, drink a gallon of the cleanest water you can find. At least two weeks, more until metabolism settles.

2) Vitamin D - take a lot more than recommended. I saw tablets in the health food store of 50K Units. Can't seem to kill you. All vitamins and supplements up a notch.

3) Milk thistle/Dandelion - either tea or tablets. They make you pee. Be ready to pee a lot. Prepare accordingly. Cleaning the filters is the goal.

4) Minerals - Alcohol depletes your body's minerals. Your body may need a mineral - Magnesium, potassium, selenium, zinc, calcium - uptick heavy for a month. Listen to your body. Potassium/bananas especially important. Basically, you are repairing the electrical nervous system.

5) Decrease sugar intake drastically. Get your glands working correctly - Salt is the only rock we eat. It clogs up the filters. Bread has a ton of salt in it. - Extremely dark chocolate is good for you. - Strive to eat healthier. Take a long walk everyday.

6) Most essential to get your thoughts together coherent enough to be civil and speak decently. Remove swearing from your mental vocabulary. It only breeds more discomfort. Learn to live with yourself. Some decisions aren't the best. Smell a rose now and then, or whatever her name is.

7) Eat mushrooms.

Questions for the Medicare for All folks:

1)  When some government butcher surgeon leaves you dead on the government operating table, do you really think your family will ever have a Malpractice lawsuit?  Does the name Hawkeye Pierce ring a bell?

2) Are you willing to take all mandatory vaccinations without question?

3) Experimental drugs will be readily available, does that comfort you?

4) Are you ready to appear at a Death Tribunal and abide by their decision?

5) There are billions of dollars currently in local union/employer benefit plans successfully processing medical payments in hundred of locations around the nation.  Does the government seize these funds for the new National Health Plan, or shall they be returned to the working people that earned it or the employer who contributed it?  I'm betting on the USG seizure.

6) Soon all those AMA-approved MDs over prescribing FDA-approved opioids will be working for the G.  Doesn't seem to help ease the drug situation in this country, at least in my mind.

7) Starting a Health Plan with a pool of sick people doesn't seem like a sure thing.  Have you gone to your latest State or County Fair, look around at the cross section of your local citizens.  They are ungodly fat.

8) Will the term "Second Opinion" have any meaning when it is done the Government way? Like MASH 4077?

9) Cancer is treated with poison, removing or radiating.  Period.

10)  What the G does do efficiently is kill people. Taking care of people isn't in the plan.

If you really want to shock leftists, tell them Europe does not have, and has never had, socialized medicine or, indeed, socialized anything. European nations certainly had government-controlled medicine. They also boasted short work weeks, long vacations, year-long maternity leaves, early retirement, fully-paid-for old-age care, and all sorts of other things that made them feel superior to Americans.

However, contrary to Europeans' self-satisfied faux-socialist vision of themselves, Europeans didn't fund their so-called "soft socialism." Instead, for the most part, Americans did. During the Cold War, the government collected taxes from Americans to pay Europe's defense costs, allowing Europeans to spend their tax money on all those little socialist luxuries. Americans, meanwhile; worked 60-hour weeks; got short vacations; and paid for their own medical care, old-age care, and maternity leave

I’m going with the fact we have 9 holes in our physical bodies. Possibly, my plan could be refined for insurance of the left ear, but not the right, that can be discussed later.

For now we – meaning us – have a pie hole, a rectum damned near killed him, urinary hairy yum yum spot, and two audio sensory holes and two amazing visual ability holes, nasal olfactories that dictate our life more than we know.  Nine holes.

The State should be responsible for basic dentistry. The source of all, I men ALL of our problems, our Big Fat Mouths. How responsible are they for the maintenance of the plumbing?  GIGO. Also, any injection to the exit hole and any health troubles that ensue are yours.  

Drug addicts who punch holes in themselves couldn’t apply. You know that blow job pleasure inducing tongue piercing? When it gets infected? That’s on you, baby. You own that hole. Received a gunshot through the abdomen on a drug deal gone awry? Pay the fuck up. Too many holes.

Always emphatic, understanding of unexpected happenstance to the innocent. Train wrecks, earthquakes, who knows what - did you really ask for that extra hole? Let's iron over every instance like Mom's denim patch kit.  Keep the 9 holes working through all adversity. 

There will be no tattoos for me. No punching holes in my space suit, my spirit branded like a NASCAR driver.

Nine holes.  All need attention.  The serious first.
