I have to be
patient. There is a bit of submission
attached. Don Quixote, tilting at
windmills, was a character in a story in a story. I feel like him. Like Truman in his sailboat for some time but
have walked up the steps and out through the door, as he did.
The
"news" is one continuous lie and it doesn't matter what angle you
take on any given subject, nor how "independent" they seem. All a soap opera, chambermaids' gossip,
war-drum international sport and it's all lies.
Always covering for consumerist tastes - a foodie on call to fill time -
and fantasy - We are going to Mars !!! - stories. Isn't science and technology wonderful!
I have to be
patient. I must have faith that my
fellow citizens see the lies for what they are.
This causes me great anxiety.
They will continue to take the inoculations and pills and get
sicker. Parents will sterilize their
children. Silly rules for a non-existent threat will become the norm all enforced by masked people, the same ones
getting sicker. As the economy crashes there will be too many people for the
food provided. Big issue, esp. in the
bigger cities, crowded and guns, when that happens Englewood Marches on Mt
Greenwood - Battle of the Cemeteries Ensues a Chicago headline will read. Camps will be opened to feed the hungry
and to close the gates behind them never to be seen again. People will rationalize it, perhaps, "He
wanted to die anyway.", "She was old." Beneficiaries or family will collect a
payment for any redeemable body parts.
Pay them off, the old fashioned way to take care of a problem
One way to look at the cognitive dissonance in messaging is consider 66% is true and the remaining 33.33333...% is bullshit, or the other way around depending on how much fear is contained. It will make you an active listener, not easily propagandized. Personally, I start at any news story as 100% bullshit and every little fact from there has to be hard won. Artificial Intelligence, bio-robots, voice software - any disembodied voice is suspect to be non-human, a 'living' entity from Planet Digit. Soullessness pervades news rooms. Guiding you to The Egress is their job.
