1) For good health, one needs a solid nights' sleep and a solid evacuation everyday.

2) What goes in, comes out. One way or another.

3) Nutrition is not taught at AMA Medical schools.

4) Vaccinations bypass the immune system putting foreign bodies into your system. Unprotected anal sex does the same thing.

5) Drink more water. It will dilute your blood lowering your blood pressure, give lubrication to your joints, make your intestines supple and working, vacate your stomach issues and relieve asthma symptoms by giving liquid to your dried lungs.

6) Stop your addiction to man-made fructose.

7) Doctors prolong sickness for profit. Heal yourself.

8) Understand stress, the source and damage it does. Don't be proud of it.

9) Relearn to breathe correctly, deep, slowly with intention.

10) Be honest with yourself, difficult but worth it.
