The Eleanor Roosevelt dime - what a condescending act of class arrogance.  Throwing a buck or two to your breakfast waitress because she tells you a joke (eggs are the same everywhere) is an act of kindness and appreciation.  Eleanor didn't give a rat's ass about those street urchins she treated with her shiny stinking dime.

... and soon the government will not be taxing that 'earned' money.  So the Senate says in a 100-0 unanimous vote on the floor of Congress.  How many working class advocates, like Sen Schumer, Sen. Cotton, Sen. Turban, the Sen. Professor and Sen. MaryAnn and the rest, are in the House of Representatives?

So how did Labor on the Job flex its flabby muscle?  By whining to a mobster that will fix their problem, for a future favor, of course, collectable for eternity. DJT took the ball and ran it through the middle of the line to score a big impression to the Average Joe and Joeess in the service industry.  It's work where exceptional attitude and performance is rewarded.  If your wait staff server is young, they will have the attention span of a goldfish.  They will never get your order correct, a fate in life I have learned to live with the last five years.  I will still tip if their attitude is buoyant, or even pleasant.  So many miserable people in the service industry, I don't reward them.  Bartenders are as surly as their customers.

Let's face it, only a fool reports cash money.  That's the reason to tip, an act of working class kindness skirting the System, the Man, the IRS.  Subsidizing the International Conglomerate USA employer they are yoked to is not my motivation.  Taxing gratuities and tips for honest service never added up to much in the US Treasury.  Congress borrows money, that is what they do. Don't give the G your money in anyway, shape or form, but don't go to jail.  Give cash, if you do tip.

A unanimous vote of the floor of Congress should be noticed. The AFL CIO hasn't delivered on a single job site issue in fucking forever and Donald Trump today eats the whole cake in front of working class America.  Not a single 'union' can claim victory in this struggle of getting G out of your working life.  It's meager, it's peanuts in the Big Picture.  And it will be the last Labor stand, a Ghost Dance of sorts, as long as the Don is around. Labor seeking crumbs for sustenance, what's new?

I See Stuff*

It seems obvious to me Trump will win overwhelmingly, as the Rulers have contrived.  People who do believe with all the narcissism they can bluster that elections have value are given one bad choice to make.  Nothing new here.

There is one thing the Dempublicans and Repubacrats have in common is forced mass vaccinations.  Hawaii today is a test run on how the population will take it.  People are dumb. They are taking it.  

Trump will win big and all the cowardly, silent majority Trumptards will be joyous beyond belief.  Strutting around through November and December, cleaning the streets, until Swearing In on the White House lawn.  The weather will be cold and wet. Trump will deliver his best, best, best speech informing the tax-cattle of America what will be expected - their patriotic duty - to line up and be vaccinated. He'll end with a flurry of "God Bless America"s, then start hacking and coughing, helped off the stage.

A la, William Henry Harrison, Trump will have a month long death vigil attended to by every lying sack of shit media outlet.  Only this time they will be singing his praises on his unique ability to bring this country together.  His vaccination plan is great, his law and order desires will be fulfilled, his memory must never be forgotten.  There is work to be done to Make America Great Again.

Enter Mr Pence. The other half of the trumpence the thieves are expecting.  He will deliver.

I have believed from the beginning of Trump’s running for Pres that the way his presidency ends is with the rise of the reactionary right martial law police state which will actually be the New World Order. Trump is taking us right into the End of America and all the crazy blind Christians are going to be cheering him on to their demise. I must admit, Trump is funny. It’s the life of an actor to have those skills. 

I tuned in to see enough of VP Pence’s introduction to realize he is one scary man. As far as warming up the crowd and ass-kissing in a most exponential way, touting success in the economy I personally don’t see in my town, his wind up at the end sent shivers down my spine. Saying in his best down home Pentecostal preacher voice “I have faith. And I will follow him.” I assume he meant Him, but that means DJT, seems the same in his mind. But 4 stars for presentation and drama in the propaganda sense. 

These rallies do have a Third Reichian quality and I’m the last person that hurls the “just like Hitler’ scenario. In the terms of theater and political agitation, they are very effective. Even though I’m one of millions tuning in, it seems I’m on the inside of a very special group. When major news ignores a sitting President’s address to the people, however partisan it is, it gives a feeling of belonging. This illusion is created, of course. The rulers of the economy are going to give what the populist platitude spewing Judas Goat of actor/leader and his adoring ‘common man’ want and then pull the rug from under them, crashing the stock market and showing everyone who is Boss. 

The Democrat Party is doing everything in its’ power to lose the upcoming election and it’s no accident. Using Orange Man’s description of his ‘opponents’ – “Low IQ Maxine Waters”, “Sleepy Joe Biden doesn’t even know what state he is in”, Elizabeth Warren is Pocahontas, has a big mouth and is crazy, Buttigieg “I dream about him at night” and the evergreen Barack HUSSEIN Obama. How can you not agree with Trump that, “The Democrats have nothing” and “They are bad people that do not represent you.” That is according to script. 

His 80 minute presentation was a tour-de-force of sarcasm and confidence, while yelling “Brooklyn” at all times. I guess that is what a political rally is supposed to be. In a society that needs constant entertainment; finally we have a Catskill refugee that can deliver the lines. Maybe it’s why the Industry killed stand-up comics to make way for Him. He has some great writers from the Tribe – Shiff, Nadler, Goldman, et.al. – to provide material. His Lenny Brucian extended “Lisa, I love you so much…” bit was troubling and made me uneasy, but so did Lenny Bruce – and he was funny.  He doesn’t take any prisoners, that’s for sure, calling Ambassador Sondlund “corrupt”, mocking Shifty Schiff’s press conference appearance and slamming him with derisive description again and again and saying “there are good people in the FBI, but not in leadership positions.” 

Who created this Phantom Menace ‘Bag Daddy’. James Brown sang Papa Got A Brand New Bag. The intelligence office that made up that name must laughing their asses off. What was disturbing was both Pence and Trump salivating with delight recreating the hokey scenario that went down. It plays into the worst of the crowd, which, of course, they loved. As expected, a vocal demonstrator on cue interrupted and was escorted out to the congratulation of law enforcement. 

One telling quote – out of context, I concede – was “The Republican Party has never been so united because they understand it’s all a hoax.” The use of the words ‘hoax’ and ‘fraud’ could have been used as a drinking game like when W said ‘freedom and ‘liberty’. These actors really do tell you what they are doing, but not for those “Who have eyes and do not see and ears that do not hear.” That was the real Him that said that.
