TRUST THE FIELD HANDS
It seems people are most comfortable in either the Master role or the Slave role. They cannot process being neither. 'You are with us or against us' is the banner of recent times OR 'You are going to do as you are told, or you will receive the whip." OR "I did everything I was told, maybe they will leave me alone now." Those that don't want to be a Master or a Slave don't fit in.
When a slave (of course, doesn't consider herself a slave) is given Master powers - look out! i.e., every female authority position in society's structure. Women can't process they are still a slave just with a title. They embrace the flattering kiss ass gossip that wants her position and makes life miserable over-managing the people that know their jobs, the ones resenting being treated like a Slave. I have never felt any good job morale on a woman led project. A cloud of petty bickering and bossiness surrounds every job.
This is an anima infused society. Anima is a Jungian term meaning the feminine psyche in a man's subconscious. Men act like little bitches, too. In a job situation interacting with such people keep all private information tight. Name, rank and serial number only. Share as little as possible. Tell them it's none of their business when they are overbearing. They will be relentless. These people do not listen and except for one trusted individual (hopefully), not your friend. They collect evidence and will use it at your conviction. If your personal dignity will not allow yourself to be treated as Slave and you have no cutthroat ambition to be a Master, you will be removed, deemed 'trouble'. It's just a matter of when it will happen.
